Ray of Light
We are an organization committed to combating poverty through the development of sustainable, economically viable options, through the transfer of technology and the improvement of agricultural production while conserving natural resources.
We believe it is important that people increase their self-reliance, because this way they become stronger in society.
Our Projects
Solar project
Despite the harmful effects of deadly kerosene lamps, people continue to use them, resulting in health problems. We are seeking urgent assistance to distribute 5,000 solar lamps to local schools in our 2024 project. This will prevent tragic incidents and give children the opportunity to work towards a healthier future. Would you also support us?
Street lighting
Thanks to the solar street lighting, the market can be traded for longer, allowing market traders to sell more products and not have to throw them away at the end of the day.
Solar Amaekpu
In Amaekpu village, Abia region, kerosene lamps are used daily in the market. With all its consequences: the smoke causes health problems and accidents occur. The solution: solar energy, in the form of solar panels.
Lighting for Okpuala
The Ray of Light Foundation has successfully installed 100 solar street lamps and distributed 1,500 solar reading lamps in Okpuala village, Ngwa-Ukwu Municipality, Abia State, Nigeria.
